Step 1: Access the Official Challan Website

  1. Open Your Web Browser:
    • Start by launching your preferred web browser on your computer or smartphone.
  2. Visit the Official Challan Portal:
    • Type in the URL for the official E-Challan website, which is echallan.parivahan.gov.in, and press Enter. This site is maintained by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) of India.

Step 2: Select Your State

  1. Locate the Dropdown Menu:
    • On the homepage, you’ll find a dropdown menu or a section where you can select your state.
  2. Choose Your State:
    • Click on the dropdown menu and select the state where your vehicle is registered. This is crucial as the Challan details may differ based on state regulations.
