3. Select ‘Driving Licence Related Services’
- Under the ‘Online Services’ menu, click on ‘Driving Licence Related Services’.
4. Choose Your State
- From the drop-down menu, select the state where you applied for your learner’s licence. This ensures that you are directed to the correct regional office information.
5. Click on ‘Track Application Status’
- Find and select the option ‘Track Application Status’. This will take you to the status tracking page.
6. Enter Application Details
- You will be prompted to enter details such as your Application Number and Date of Birth. If you don’t have your application number handy, you may also need to provide other identification details as required.
7. Submit and View Status
- After entering the required details, click on ‘Submit’ or ‘Track Status’. The system will retrieve the current status of your learner’s licence application.
8. Review the Status
- The status of your application will be displayed on the screen. You may see information such as ‘Under Review’, ‘Approved’, ‘Rejected’, or ‘Awaiting Documents’. Make a note of any further instructions or requirements.
9. Download or Print Status (if available)
- If the option is available, you can download or print the status for your records. This can be helpful if you need to provide proof of your application status or follow up with the RTO.
Additional Tips:
- Keep Your Application Number Handy: Having your application number and date of birth ready will make the status check process smoother.
- Check Regularly: If your application status shows as ‘Under Review,’ check back periodically for updates.
- Contact RTO if Needed: If you encounter issues or discrepancies in the status, contact your Regional Transport Office (RTO) for further assistance.
